If you can't find that info, the 'newish' clinic on the road leading from Soi 94 to BKP has a female ear doctor. I had a check up a few years ago, they use a camera and show you the inside of your ear on a TV monitor and point out any problems.

A couple of Expats are posting on FB that as from a few days ago the back office processing the residency letter is no more, it's now done at the main immigration entrance. No fee now but you have to wait a few days to collect it, not good for people from out of town.

I didn't get full details as I was on my motorcycle but got a glimpse of a sign outside a restaurant saying 'Grand Opening', Mexican Restaurant.
Name Jalapeno Grill, off Soi 94 on the 'canal road' past Rock Zone but before BKP.

I'm sure someone going that way can confirm opening date.

There is/was 2 little Jamaica/Reggae style bars. One was on the beach just South of the Hilton which I'm pretty sure is long gone and one on Soi 88 on the left if heading out of town which may still be there so could be one of those? I'm out of town at the mo so I can't check but I'm sure I've seen ...

No idea what model it is but one sets up on one of the roads to the beach selling drinks early in the evenings.

Just read about a Netflix series called 'Beef', apparently the best thing since bread you don't have to slice yourself.
