Sorry, I mis-typed. 3 days old. Yes mum was a community infection in Nong Phlab (where the Dole cluster is). She was tested prior to being admitted to Hua Hin hospital to give birth.

Just to add that the 22 cases at Dole today are all Thai. The other two cases are a child age 3 and a baby 1 day old.

Even people getting the first shot of AZ in July won't be fully vaccinated until the second shot in November, plus a week or two for full efficacy.
