Re: Vaccines - Covid 19

Yep. It's just registrations at the moment. I don't think HH has been allotted, never mind received any vaccine yet. I'm sure vaccine has been allocated to HH. Whether there will be any AZ to distribute is a different matter. Sinovac is still not WHO approved and Sinopharm is WHO approved, but I th...

Re: Coronavirus Precautions/News/Updates for Hua Hin/Prachuap

If my translation is correct (please confirm clever people), the Governor has lifted another restriction, with effect from tomorrow. Cinemas can re-open with usual cleanliness rules applying. No food or drink to be consumed. cin1.jpg cin2.jpg Yes. With distancing and cleanliness. Seating arranged i...

I assume born with it to a Covid positive mum?
Sorry, I mis-typed. 3 days old. Yes mum was a community infection in Nong Phlab (where the Dole cluster is). She was tested prior to being admitted to Hua Hin hospital to give birth.

Re: Coronavirus Precautions/News/Updates for Hua Hin/Prachuap

Just to add that the 22 cases at Dole today are all Thai. The other two cases are a child age 3 and a baby 1 day old.

Re: Vaccines - Covid 19

Well I returned today as instructed. I was there at 11am. "Where's your Q ticket?" "I haven't got one. I came yesterday and was told to return today." "Oh, you need to get here at 10am, get a Q ticket at 10:30 and the desks open at 11am" They never told me that yesterd...

Re: Vaccines - Covid 19

I wonder about the Hua Hin reopening plan. They surely can't do it until next year. Even people getting the first shot of AZ in July won't be fully vaccinated until the second shot in November, plus a week or two for full efficacy. And what about those who are determined to wait for moderna or Pfize...

Re: Vaccines - Covid 19

I went to HH Hospital today to check whether my mo prom appointment on June 11 is OK and I wouldn't be refused because I'm not Thai. Plan B was to register again for July but I was told the June date would be OK. So no need to change. 😀 I was there at 11am and there was absolutely no queue. So anyon...
