I'd guess that 8Mbps still downloads a movie in well under 5 mins so no big problem.
I'm just curious why the odd movie can take hours to download. Maybe because all the seeds/peers are in Outer Mongolia where they still use tin cans and string!

I've had ExpressVPN for a while now and I am very pleased with it. In 99% of downloads I get speeds of between 15mbps to 22mbps. Numbers for PKK and HH are starting to differ between reports. One shows PKK with 108 another shows 100. The same with HH. One showing 105 another showing 112..........

It may be. Yesterday HH reported 23 cases of which 22 were from the factory.
