From reading the posts all sem to be of the opinion that going topless in the bars is a no no. Why cant the bar owners get together and agree not to serve topless people. There are enough of you farrang owners to pull it off and as for the Thais well I thought it was them that was so offended by it....

HI Havent been in HH for a few months but when I was there Kids were welcome in most bars.( Avoid the ones with poles outside JOKE!!! ) most have pool tables and unless its pool night kids are more than welcome to play.
