Re: THAI announces winter flight schedule 2022-23

Quoted from Nereus "Where did you find that, Pete. Perth does not get a mention!" Hi Nereus, it has been strongly rumoured Thai Airways would be dropping Perth off their current daily direct flights list. God only knows why as the flights we have been on recently on have been at least 95% ...

Re: Monkey Pox Thread

Seems to me the scaremongerers here are the denier types who think governments of all persuasions around this world are somehow relishing the current pandemic. Most have had little or no opportunity to do little else but to deal with the day to day stuff of C19. The wife and I had Swine Flu big time...

Re: TV series worth watching/downloading

I binge watched it a couple of days ago. A little confused with the constant toing and froing date wise, but really enjoyed it overall. I was constantly watching for the Hua Hin bits, but missed them. Just managed to finally watch "The Serpent " series on BBC and yeap it was captivating a...

Re: China Coronavirus (Covid-19)

This link comes from a Wuhan corona virus patient. Heaps of pics if you scroll through the script. The group medics shot by the patient must have a sub story if you notice the solitary seated medic in the background. Titled : "Diagnosed Patient Diary | A few days after I announced that I had de...

Re: Printers

Be careful to check if the model you are buying has separate individual colour cartridges rather than one combined one. Problem is that if you run out of one colour , you have to replace the whole combined cartridge. The cheeky manufactures are getting the software set up so as the thing stops print...

Suppose that means those scary masked traffic attendants at the entry will no longer be bobbing all over road now.
Often wondered what the odds were of one of them being killed after seeing a few cars prang due to their antics.

Re: Bangkok’s ‘golden era’ according to expats

A visit to Bangkok has always been a sensory experience, especially for a young bloke from a "safe" western country arriving back in the 70's. I felt the place was still a cowboy town . The traffic noise was unbelievable . Every one drove around horn honking. Just about every large vehicle...

Is this what's called marketing packaging? A very similar reaction to the same outfit " Above and Beyond" performing their same song to two vastly different audiences. They sure do have a huge following. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZSU_bE4vqo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCFcvTSAck4
