I transfer from my UK account to Bangkok Bank in London and then they transfer in UK sterling to my branch in Hua Hin, the cost is 20 GBP at the UK end and Max 500 baht in Thailand. Just look on the Bangkok Bank website and it gives you all the instructions

Please does any one know the best place to buy and have installed a new water pump, Mine is now not working but it lasted over 6 years which was the guarantee time. I saw some in the plastic shop but the man did'nt understand when I asked him how much to install.

When my family were visiting last month, they enjoyed being at Takieb beach, where Blue Wave Hotel is. My favourite beach is at the Army camp a little further up. Hi Barry, I've just booked to go to London and used expedia.co.uk they gave me the cheapest price and no charge for using my card and plus Nectar points as well I'm going with Ethiad by the way. Hope you get a good deal

still don't understand what it was all about, changed the money into an account in my name, my husband can still sign to get money out of the account, went to immigration today and got our 1 year visa, no problems, very curious
