Is there a shop with international newspapers and magazines in Hua Hin?

I am owner of a condo. Immigration at Tha Yang did not accepted my TM30 from my printer i brought, i have to fill our for my german wife and me a TM28.

I think there's a lot of celebrating going on everywhere. UK is leaving the EU october 31st. I think about taking a bottle Veuve Clicquot with me to Cha-Am.

As a owner of a Condominium, i prepared a TM30 at my Computer at home in Germany, and been in Tha Yang to register me and my wife.

Officer told me, as owner i have to use TM28 for myself and for my wife as well - and not TM30.

Direct access to BTS is for me very important.

As @Dannie Boy recomended, SSD with min 128 GB is very usefull, and a HD with min 512 GB. i7 as well with min 8 GB RAM.

Certificate of Residence at Immigration in Tha Yang is free. And for car and motorbike you get only 1. There is written "for motorbike and car", i had made a copy myself.

We just back from ON8. Sukhumvit Soi 8. They have direct access to Nana BTS, when you leave the Hotel thru the short cut way.

In Germany we have:
- 19% MwSt = VAT
- Annual motor vehicle tax depending on pollutant emissions (for my car 36 € a year)
. tax on car insurance + VAT
- tax on Gasoline + VAT

all taxes Germany based

Yes, for the 2 year Thai driving license is also the 30 days entry stamp as the tourist visa valid.

For the 5 year Thai driving license a nonimmigration visa is needed.
