We've been having trouble with BBB Gmail all afternoon and evening. Other things are also not loading or very slow to load. Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow. Never had any trouble with them in the year we've had BBB.

Bangkok Hospital in Hua Hin has a dermatologist, Dr. Chanachai Memark. I went there last week for a black area on my left thumb. He is a very nice older man who I believe got his degree from the U.S. He speaks perfect American English.

I haven't figured mine out after ten years. I just put it on the snowflake and set the fan to the icon that looks like a volume control going up and down. There are other clues I could give you but it would spoil the fun of trying to figure out who on earth designed the "human" interface.
