Is it save to swim in the sea in November in Hua Hin, with regards to those jelly fish?

Do you know about a good gym in the city center (or close to), which one could use on a daily fee (No membership).
A Search query on the term "gym" returned zero results.

I found it by searching for reviews of dentists in HH. My go to site for Thailand related topics, usualy is TV, but the HH section there is very abandoned.
