Re: Good service at B-Quick.
After taking my Fortuner to 3 different Toyota dealerships to fix the leaking air conditioning it was finally B-Quick who did the job right.

Re: Spanish Colonial w/ Flat Roof
I have plenty of land (5 Rai) I should consider privacy, if I make a roof top terrace we will have no privacy in the future. Adding a lattice isn't something I want to do. Mind you I can mount machine guns up there bahhh I watch too many movies :-)

Re: Spanish Colonial w/ Flat Roof
Thanks for the food for thought I didn't realize leaking was a problem. Maybe I can make a garage with a flat roof to serve the same purpose I have seen that also but it doesn't look as nice as Colonial Style.

Spanish Colonial w/ Flat Roof
I was thinking about a Spanish Colonial style house with a flat roof that would be used as an elevated patio to enhance the view and enjoy unrestricted breezes. The house would not be in a village but on land we purchased surrounded by pineapple fields. I would use simple Thai style grass thatch roo...

Ok where can I find some Feta? My wife makes me a lovely spinach, feta and shrimp omlet but I am missing the main ingredient the feta. I have tried the two Mackro's and Tesco.

Re: Condo projects totalling Bt10 bn planned for Hua Hin
I've only been living in the Hua Hin area for a few months from what I've seen the city can't even repair pot holed roads let alone solve the water problems.

Re: Magaritas
Tried it last night, it was good. The host is friendly and the margarita's tasty. The Quesadillas were very good though the nachos were only average. I would love to see Sunrise Tacos open a franchise in Hua Hin their food is great and they are open for lunch.

Re: Greek, Indonesian & Chinese restaurants
I'd kill for a good Greek salad with a side of pita bread. Must have Kalamata olives and quality Feta. I have never seen Kalamata olives in Thailand. Greek pastries are also excellent spinach and feta pies plus Baklava. Not to mention a gyros with Greek yoghurt tadziki in fresh Pita. Getting quality...

Took the family there again Saturday as usual the kids had a blast and I got a sun burn. There was a group of girls in bikinis and photographers. Not sure what they were shooting for but the girls were HOT! Too bad they didn't stay too long

Chanote survey is not correct, am I right?
I was just measuring our recently purchased land to plan a fence but the measurements don't add up to 5 Rai. Can someone verify my calcs please.
49.5 m x 121m x 44 m x 121 m my calcs give me 5656 sq.m
It should be 8000 sq.m
Has anyone had to get their Chanote adjusted, please share your experience.
