I would not use either Sao Paulo or Bangkok Hospital - Hua HIn Hospital is affordable comfortable and amazing - a relative has had 3 proceedures there - an excellent place @ Thanks for the advice. I will definately stay away from the 2 placed you cite if they are "farang ripoffs"...pity!
