Re: Windows 7 Hits the Market!

I seem to collect computers  Company Desktop and Laptop, private Desktop, Laptop and Netbook with various operating systems. Last night I lost the pub quiz by 1 point.

The last question was :

Depends if you are travelling back to the UK directly or via a EU city such as Amsterdam.

If the former, then 200. If the latter then 400 duty free (you can claim both flights) or 800 duty paid - note, legally this is 800 duty paid in EU state. Those are the rules anyway........

Oh yes I forgot Forgot Songkran in HH?? Bloody hell Richard - I'm hoping this is an age issue rather than the HH Songkran is forgettable! This will be my first in HH, so I was hoping for a memorable time (for the right reasons) after a couple of bad experiences in LOS. In all fairness however, thos...

Oh yes I forgot Think you are coming at Songkran time so it will be chaotic (and I mean Thai chaotic) Hawk. Best bet is a taxi as PH says. Only 2000 and no hassle One point though, airport taxis tend to be a damn site more expensive. From memory they were trying to charge around the 4000-4500 Baht ...

Car/taxi has to be the best (though obviously not cheapest) option from the airport IMHO. I'm also heading there in April, and we'll certainly be travelling by road - pay 2000 baht for airport pick-up down to Hua Hin. When in April? If close to Songkran I'd have also thought the trains would be chao...

There's bound to be something for the World Cup on either Sportsguru or Superbru sites - guru is SA based after all.

F1 sounds like a laugh - can't be far away from kicking off either.
