I have a document that needs to be stamped at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (since Thailand is not a signer of the Hague Apostille Convention) in Bangkok. Any ideas if there's a service in town that would do that for you? I'd rather pay somebody than waste the entire day doing it myself.

There are no shelters or cat rescue organizations in Hua Hin. Can I suggest taking a few pictures and printing out a flyer about the kitten? Then post it at the local vet clinics. Post pictures here too. Good luck!
