I saw a sign for a driving school last week, it was at the west end of Soi 94, after soi 94 takes a 90 degree turn to the north, and roughly half way down this straightaway that eventually turns 90 degrees to the east to become soi 88. I'm not sure if this stretch of road is a continuation of Soi 94...

Perhaps that is what the poster was trying to communicate, and if they were addressing some of the Thai vowels that don't exist in English then I can understand that point. However, "Hua Hin" is a very simple Thai name to pronounce, for those that have learned to read and pronounce the Thai language...

I suggest you go to Bangkok Hospital, I've had friends from overseas get this service there with good results. They also have a price list for their various services, I believe it's also posted on their internet site.

I started out with the same plan as you (2000 L tank), shopped at many many places. Ended up buying a 3000 L DOS at the place on the left as you drive towards Chaam, before Thai Watsadu. Paid roughly the same as many places wanted for a 2000 L and its foot print (size) isn't all that much more than ...

I am looking for a shop that sells this. It is a motor start capacitor for an air conditioner. My air conditioner repair shop sells them, 1500bt each, which I believe is way overpriced.
Tried going to Thai Waii last night, was met at the front entrance by a hostess who explained the kitchen was closed because they did not have a chef. They were only serving drinks. She indicated the kitchen had been closed for at least several days, maybe longer. We said we'd try back later and she...

Here are two very good ways: 1. Open an account at any Bangkok Bank in Thailand. A "savings" account is probably best, it's what I use now, but I d the same thing with a "checking" account. They have a US branch, I think in New York, with a US "routing" or "swift" number. After opening the Bangkok B...
I am currently waiting for my appointment to get my motorcycle license at the Pranburi office. I went in a few days before Songkran expecting to begin the process that day and have my license the following day, but was given an appointment to come back in 1 month. I had just purchased a new motorcyc...
