New building in soi 94

As I been away for some months I see that my town is changing, today when going down soi 94( the road isn,t any road anymore, if you don,t want to damage your car, stay away) I noticed a new building coming close to the main street( on left side) Does anybody know what sort of building?

I,m walking on the beaches in the early mornings, from 6 to 7 o,clock the beaches belongs mostly to the thai people The sun is raising, it,s just sounds from nature and so on, I just love it!!!!!!!!

My problems isn,t the dogs, but some crazy drivers on motorbikes. Some of them are passing me too close, somethimes I feel it,s so close that accidents may happen very easily. So next time in HH I,ll try to get a mirror on my bike, to have the possibility to look behind me
