KTB certainty have a lot less than Kasikorn, 39 compared to 64, all locations are shown on each bank web site.

Another option is to CC yourself on important mails, then you will know it has gone as you will also receive the mail. Also ask the recipient to confirm receipt.

For those who apply for a Visa from an embassy before they travel it would be easy to require them to produce evidence of HI before it was issued. t is those coming in on a 30day airport admission that are the problem. Sales tax (VAT) is 7% but only on major businesses most small shops etc pay no VAT. True that most Thais pay no income tax, that's why so many have lots of cash. There is property tax.

Compulsory travel health insurance merely forces people to do what they should be doing. Why should the Thai taxpayer pick up the bill for irresponsible foreigners. It is really not a bad idea but to simplify it why does Thailand not implement an entry fee for tourists which would give access to a Thai insurance scheme.

We had bins in the bathrooms in my house until about 1 year ago, I got so fed up seeing them always overflowing so I chucked them all out. Now they have had to learn to flush the tissue.
