Re: Demolition of restaurants + shops in Poon Suk road

I was down there today and spoke to one of the owners. The buildings that have been demolished were built without permits and did not comply with the codes for that specific location. They can be rebuilt however they have to be temporary buildings, i.e no permanent roofs and walls so they have to ha...

At least this puts an end to the speculation regarding who owns and is in charge of this project. Certainly not private enterprise.
So who owns and runs it?

Definitely pays to know your rights. You own 50/50 your house and should something happen you are entitled to half its that simple.
You can 100% own your own house you just can't own the land.
How do you purchase the house without the land?

I hope this is relevant.
I met my lawyer today to discuss setting up a company to register a new property in my name. I was advised that in Prachuap Khirikhan this is no longer possible.

Re: Explosion In Bangkok

With attitudes like yours there is no need for a justice system. Why not get your gun and don't forget your white pointed hat and go and shoot all Muslims, that will solve the problem, in your eyes. I remember a man named Hitler who also thought your way.

Re: Explosion In Bangkok

My understanding regarding the Erawan shrine is that 2 Uirgurs have been charged and are presently being held in custody, others have been detailed overseas and Thailand has requested extradition. No one has been found guilty to date. There is no link to any of the other nationalities being involved...

Authorities will never admit that there is a terrorist treat. Beside opponents to the dictatorship, Thailand host a lot of muslims from China (Uigurs) and others as Kazakhs, Uzbeks, Tajiks, well trained in Syria.
Care to divulge your source for such a ridiculous statement

Re: Hua Hin Hospital - 194M Baht Debt

Every country generates a budget split across all the sectors of the economy, every sector of the government has the opportunity to calculate it's own budget requirement and seek these funds from the budget. This includes medical care, military expenditure etc. Thailand is no different and no worse ...
