Re: Bringing Golf Clubs into Thailand

Agree. I'll probably head off for a 90 minute fitting session at the Ping factory in Gainsborough and see what they have to suggest. As I'm fast becoming an old codger, I'm willing to take a look at graphite shafts for the irons this time. A very good place to go lomu you will at least know what ty...

Re: Bringing Golf Clubs into Thailand

I have never had any trouble with Thai Customs at the airport as regards bringing golf clubs into Bangkok - neither have my friends. For what it is worth IMO the most important thing is that you can get fitted in the UK - but make sure they can check your swing speed because the shaft is number one ...

It might help if the locals learned their way around. I was a totally unneccessary part of this mornings traffic. The wife asked me to take her to a place in Soi 88 and so we came into town on the Pala U road to pick up the neice before Big C. All I was told was Soi 88 and when the niece was in the...

Re: Course conditions April 2018

You wondered if any work was going on ? - excuse me all the courses have sufficient ground staff and with the excellent rain fall over the last year they are all in good condition - perhaps Lakeview have as good as any greens but fast too. Springfield is also good. Rain may well occur in about 3 weeks

Baan Sewang on the Pala u Rd is very good and always busy.

I pay mine monthly by way of direct-debit so it comes off my account automatically. I set this up at PEA - top-floor Market Village. Perhaps this is a better way for you..?
Sorry can't help with your actually question.
GN.
Same with me and it works very well - so GO DIRECT and stop the hassle.

I have 3 boxes of personal effects being shipped airfreight via Pack & Send to a residential address Cha-Am from Australia. If they are held for customs tax where would the boxes be held? Post Office?

Cheers
Surely those doing the shipping with have the answer?
