Since Ian Holloway left and you got Paul Sturrock back you have been doing great. Its good that nearly half the division can still harbour dreams about playing in the Pr...

Guys, Thanks for your replies which are very informative. I used to live in Udon Thani and did the 90 day visa run to Nong Khai and across the Friendship Bridge into Laos. It was an easy 45 minute trip but Ranong will be a different kettle of fish. If its only every 90 days I'm sure I can live with ...

I presume that the 90 day visa run will be to Ranong and across to Burma but I am married to a Thai and eventually will want to replace my Non-Immigrant visa with a Marriage visa. Where would I apply for the Marriage Visa.......Hua-H...

Does anyone know about these properties for sale just outside Hua-Hin ?
Price for a two bed villa seems reasonable but does anyone know anything about the area ?
Any experiences,good or bad ??
Thanks.

The Thai housing market would appear to be in decline with many new properties remaining unsold. The Thai baht has dipped to 63 from 70 to the £ in the UK. But maybe this is not a bad time to consider buying as you could get a really nice property on the cheap and the housing decline may well be on...
