Re: Human fetuses found among household garbage in Hua Hin

I am not condemning or approving what has or may have happened, but if the foetus was in fact 8 months, nowhere has it been suggested that it may have been still born. I know nothing about the procedure, so does that mean the foetus is dead before it is removed? My granddaughter was born 8 weeks pre...

Mr. Nice resturant Soi 4

Been meaning to post about this place. Past the Bo Fai Temple, along the winding goat track until the Y junction where straight on goes to Kor Sor Resort, and to the right goes to the waterless Sahara Desert where Takiap lives. On the left right there with a vacant block of land opposite for parking...

Re: The Baguette

Don't ask Takiap as he speaks very little English, and I am not sure that he can count! :rasta: Fortunately he lives on the north side of town where the Soi numbers are fairly low... He does indeed, but he keeps calling it Soi 6, when, if you look at the road sign, it clearly reads; Soi 4!...

Re: The Baguette

So the Love Bread near Venezia is hard to find, and Love Bread in Cha-Am isn't Love Bread, but The Baguette :? . Actually I understand :D Well, this is getting more ridiculous! Better ask Dannie Boy as he lives in the area. Don't ask Takiap as he speaks very little English, and I am not sure that h...

Love Bread was formerly Baguette.

Re: The Baguette

There are two outlets in Cha-Am, Where is the second one? A recently opened new place is right on Petchkasem Rd., on the west side a couple of Kms before Cha-Am. Going on the number of staff in there it must be going well. Turn right at the traffic lights heading towards the beach and it’s about 2/...

Re: The Baguette

We always take the turning before (immediately after the palace), and walk the last 20 yards - we've never failed to find a space down there. Mrs BB likes to mooch around the fruit stalls etc down that road. I love the egg & mayonnaise baguettes, which are as good as the MOD canteen in the UK :D Ye...

The Baguette

They have some nice products in this place, if you can find a place to park that is not cluttered up with motorbikes! They also have an outlet in Cha-Am, and are in the process of opening a new shop on Petchkasem Rd just past the Toyota dealers at Soi 6. Due to open on the 1st of April, where parkin...

Re: Minivan, bus and road accidents

The Chinese must have some serious life insurance premiums to pay out before they come to Thailand. Odds on coming back? not good! I guess the Chinese do not take road accidents into consideration: http://www.scmp.com/news/china/society/article/1952218/traffics-toll-road-accidents-kill-700-people-d...
