Do you know how many Thai/Chinese families there are here, do you think they do not have a plan
The article is not about Thai / Chinese families. It is about mainland Chinese investing in Thailand.

Re: House market in Hua Hin

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-thai ... SKBN1AI0U5 In that article they are referring to Condominiums. Although I agree that the Chinese will become big investors, how are they going to get around the current land ownership laws? I doubt that any Chinese would enter into some form of lease or c...

I guess that these are examples. But it is not clear if the "tube" is any stronger than an ordinary glass fluro lamp.

Re: Wire Mesh Fluorescent Light Guard

Maybe not this one, but something similar. Just pull it apart and use the rack part. Stainless is also a plus, as those ones that you have posted will corrode quickly if used outside. Re: Wire Mesh Fluorescent Light Guard

Safety items in Thailand? You have to be joking! A clear plastic (acrylic) tube cover is a better option. Don't know anything about the following, maybe only bulk buys? Or maybe only shipped from Japan. There is a phone number. https://th.misumi-ec.com/vona2/detail/223007628202/?HissuCode=EA944D-102

“This kind of shark is so cute as kitties or puppies and is not fierce. But it doesn’t mean that if they are cute, they don’t bite. It is like kitties and puppies that also bite but they don’t mean to hurt,” said Dr Thon Thamrongnawasawat, deputy dean of Kasersart University’s Faculty of Fisheries ...
