On youtube there are hundreds of videos showing level crossing collisions, mostly in the USA.
It is a good job this train wasn't derailed.
The driver thought that he could get a cross, he got one OK, a marble one. RIP.

Mont Blanc pens
Hello Hua Hinners :) For health reasons I cannot visit HH this winter, but I have a friend already there who returns to the UK in a couple of weeks. I have asked him if he can buy me 2 or 3 Mont Blanc ball point pens, however, he is struggling to find any. Any board members know where there may be s...

Can a 30 day Tourist Visa Waiver be extended?
As above.
I was thinking of coming over for about 6 weeks and I don't fancy going through the process of getting a 60 day Visa beforehand , can you get a 30 day visa waiver extended by 14 days whilst in Thailand?
TIA

I'm sure that some of the Gentlemens Clubs in Pattaya, would go down very well in Pall Mall.

Re: BKP Soi 88 food market and Chang!
Have BKP not got security who go around looking for people who bring their own drinks?
FWIW I do not like Chang much, but at 55thb I can manage 2or 3.

Re: Wednesday closing of beaches
I know from chatting to a few beach vendors that they are struggling to make a living these days, and closing on Wednesdays does not help matters. I asked one vendor how much a sun bed and mattress cost to buy and it was quite expensive. It would appear that there is no shortage of people wanting to...

Re: Windows 10 November 2019 Update
Thanks for your tips guys, I got in touch with a local PC repair business and he managed to do the trick and recover my images, it seems I now have to get an external hard disk drive now before I have any more problems.

Re: Windows 10 November 2019 Update
I did the Win 10 upgrade before I came to Hua Hin (23/1) it was pretty OK except the PC would not boot up first time, I did nothing because of my holidays and returned to the UK last week. When I attempted to cure the start up problem I lost my pictures and music amongst other data things. Before th...
