I set everything up in the US first. then brought the Roku to Hua Hin in December. All has worked, there is a delay in the signal of instuctions bouncing across the globe and back...

Re: SlingBox
Hi
I am interested in your SlingBox experience. I too am from California, so use Comcast Xfinity.
and stay during the winter in Hua Hin.
Is the Slingbox located in California or in your home in Cha Am?
Do you have any online documents about how to set it up?
Thank you in advance

Re: Housing projects /estates
There may be some places to rent at the Heights, on the left side 1km up from the Big C.
it has a total of 39 homes, community pool and some with pools at the home.
I have a house there i can rent but it all depends on length of stay and when you are interested in moving in.

you are correct, you do not need copies of your passport and Visa.
and you do not need any photos.
You do need 910 Baht fee.

Re: Slotted or Vented Ceiling panels
Hi and Thanks for the replies the reason i want to try this is because the ceiling under the balcony is sheet rock. And it shows water stains after about a year. I have tried 3 different repair men and i get the same results. So my idea is to have the ceiling vented to allow the moisture to evaporat...

Slotted or Vented Ceiling panels
I am looking to have vented or slotted panels installed under balcony overhangs.
Does anyone know where I could find some in or near Hua Hin?
They don't need to look exactly like the attached photo. I added it to give an idea of what i am talking about.
Thank you all

Re: 'Big C food court/plaza'
Where is the Tika Massala shop located?
As you walk in to the food court from the Big C parking lot, how many shops down is it?
Do you have a name or picture of the front of the shop?
thank you

Re: Govt bans visa runs; Thailand border check points will not stamp
Hi
I did a Visa Run on February 2nd. They will accept those that have Visas already.
if you do not have a Visa, and you are trying to do the gain another 30 ot 15 day Visa exemption status, they will not accept that at Ban Phu Nam Ron.
