When either is done properly, serving one without the other is like (fill in your favorite food pairs), e.g. Pizza & Beer, Turkey & Stuffing, Fries & Ketchup, Fish & Chips, etc.
Exactly.

Tried to send you a PM but it is stuck in my outbox.

"I have to say that biscuits and gravy sounds like some form of medieval torture to me..."

It is. But a wonderful torment. :)

Re: Locations that serve a "good" Amercian / English breakfast.

Personally, I find nothing wrong with a UK breakfast. In fact the sausages and bacon (looks more like ham in the US) are better than the US versions. The American items I'm interested in are things like an omelette with ingreadients, not just a couple scrabled eggs, hash-browns (not deep fried), hom...

Americans in HH?

Wondering if there are Americans in HH. I'm moving from Phetchabun on the 13th. Haven't spoken "American" in 4 months. Lol

Re: Self drive cars

They would only be useful in an urban environment where sitting in stalled traffic is the usual issue.

Long distance and countryside touring would not be the same if I couldn't do the driving.

This thread is 3 years old. Any updates on where to get a good breakfast would be appreciated. Especially any along soi 102.

Re: Weather in Hua Hin & Thailand

We had a 1 minute rain storm here in Phwtchabun yesterday.

I'm from Arizona so I'm used to seeing things like rain on the other side of the street, but not mine.

However, I have never seen a heavy rain start and stop within 1 minute.

Looking elsewhere it seems there are a lot of houses for rent there too. But, I haven't seen anything that talks about the c...

Re: Residence Palada Area

Looks like I won't be needing the apartment.

We have rented a nice house on soi 102. Its in a gated community. We're skipping the hotel too.
