foreigners also have a complete blue book, not a an empty blue book

My blue book is not empty, my name has been filed in !
I'm owner of a house (leasehold) and like all foreigners in my development, I have a blue book with my name inside.
For info I d'on't have a thai wife.

Pharmacies have it if you are willing to pay big ฿฿ I used to buy it cheaply in one & two liter jugs at a paint store, maybe Home-Pro has it. It is used as thinner for shellac. Also useful for removing markings from felt tip pens etc. True that you cannot see an alcohol flame - dangerous in that re...
