More like using common sense not defrauding. I think there are more serious issues out there of defrauding than one blood test a year.

I use Skype to ring my 82 year old mother in the UK. It is ￡2.40 a month for any landlines. It has also come in handy to ring about my pensions etc. And as someone commented, I also use Line with friends in the UK which is free when using internet accesss.
