I never been to Hua hin, better bring cash or Atm card? Is there any Atm machine in Hua hin?

How is the weather like in Sept? Is Hua hin a safe place for female traveller?

There are no shortage of reasonable places in town. here are a few: Fulay - nice location on the ocean 500 up Baan Pak - right in the thick of it 3 - 400 B Euro Guesthouse - very nice rooms for around 600B Everywheres cheaper than the Hitlon and do you really want to spend your holiday in a tower b...
