Re: Phuket man hangs infant daughter on Facebook Live

Even for this place, that is a shocking act.

Highly disturbing that people can even think of such monstrosities.

Re: FA Cup 2016-17

Though it pains me to say, Spurs have been great to watch for quite sometime now and the future looks long and bright proving they can keep the current crop together. I don't know much about how they are financing the new stadium, but will any loan repayment period cause the club cash problems simil...

Re: FA Cup 2016-17

Poor game? Thought is was an open entertaining encounter between 2 teams willing to show intent. Must be those blue tinted glasses again. Anyway, for all my issues with Wenger I was happy for him and the team today. Can't say I've enjoyed an Arseanl match as much as that since around October time. E...

Re: Premier League 2016-2017

Yes not much to shout about these days. A sorry state of affairs. For all their noise about sustainable business models the Arsenal board appear to be so very disconnected with modern footballing times. It may be a good few years before St. Totts day comes again.....guess we love had more that our f...

Re: RE: Re: Online Ordering - a sign of the times?

the shopping centers may not take the samehits here. teenagers all love going to the mall and thais rarely advance beyond teenage developement, so the mall experience may trump on-line shopping. Factoring in the free airconditioning, you can see the mall experience sustaining here for sure. Just tr...

Re: RE: recognised

I've just returned from a 2 week holiday in hua hin had a very nice time but was shocked to see a restaurant/bar owner that I recognised from some time back. He was with a young Thai boy that could have been of an age between 16-19. This guy is well know as a convicted paedophile from the Brentwood...

Re: Interfering Farangs

Do those coupons not have an 'until stocks last' policy? I was faced woth the same issue a few years ago when Villa had the cooking knives on offer. Stock had finished on the knife I wanted and dodnt fancy an alternative. Forgive me for interfering, but I think you may have overreacted a touch. Sent...

Re: RE: Re: Bangkok > Hua Hin

An alternative to going back to Suvarnabhumi Airport is to take the Dusit Thani VIP bus from the Dusit in Rama 4 / Silom Bangkok to the Dusit north of Hua Hin Airport. If staying in HH town, then take the Dusit shuttle or a sangtaew into the town. I think the cost of about 400 baht but its a nice M...

Sorry I went back through the pages but couldn't find the specifics: How and where do we buy tickets from the Hua Hin side? Sent from my SM-J500G using Tapatalk Have you been on the ferry yet or planning to in the near future? Would be interested to know how things went/go. Yes went to buy...

Re: Moving in before paying for house - your thoughts?

Yeah Id walk away from that. I'd perhaps offer to put them up in a serviced apartment at my expense until the deal completes.

You have to wonder why they are so eager to move in.

Re: RE: Re: Do you ever feel not farang?

I wonder if the many Brits living in Spain are accepted any differently by the natives than we are here? I also wonder how anyone not from the Great British Empire would feel about living in UK? Are they accepted as per se? You have to wonder now especially after Brexit was mainly called because of...
