Re: Re:

Well, this particular swinging dick has spent a lifetime working with all types of plumbing systems and tanks. If you bother to read what has been post...

Re: One year back

Yes, for a year and a half now. So you enjoying it back home? California I think you said or out west? I wish I could afford to live in California, specifically the SF Bay area, but I can't so we have been in North Carolina for the last year and a half, and yes, I'm enjoying it so much that I'm ang...

Re: carryboy

Here's a thread from 2013. Don't know if the info is still accurate. Pete  http://www.huahinforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=24589 As my Carryboy was factory fitted before purchase this may offer a reason I appear to pay a set car tax as opposed to any additions. Still can't see why all modificati...

I have a Carryboy roller lid which was fitted at Toyota before I picked up the motor last year. Never knew it may incur extra tax, it was never mentioned. Just paid my annual car tax on Monday, can't see anywhere that extra tax has been added unless it is based on last years road tax inclusive of ad...

Re: Correct Way to Propose?

I guess I was lucky. My "girlfriend" gave me a one year free trial deal. After one year went by it was be married or be gone. After exactly one year that is what happened and I have been happily married now for over 7 years. Happy it worked out for you but I can't relate at all to your tr...

Book both. I recently flew Philippine Airlines Manila to Bangkok due to arrive 1155 but due delays arrived 1320. I knew I was going to be delayed when in Manila airport but even though I had wifi I just couldn't get the BellTravel service to respond. When I hit the desk at 1345 in Swampy I found out...

Re: Re:

Which is the airline that operates from Hua Hin now as mentioned? I know plenty have had schedules but am not aware of any operating presently. Kan Airlines is currently operating out of Hua Hin but only servicing flights from and to Chiang Mai. http://www.kanairlines.com/ Cheers, Blacky Appreciate

Re: Airport VIP Bus to and from Hua Hin

Their new website is horribly laid out but the booking part is at https://ticket.belltravelservice.com/customer/Webhome and seems to be working in as much as I can get through to the input passenger details part. I used the bus last week and was very disappointed with the driver who seemed very kee...

Yes, I have to say when people, who are 'supposedly' young, start to spout statistics and 'facts' aimed mainly at older farangs with an arrogance and air of rudeness I tend to lose interest as it is just stereotyping and I have read it all before. I usually find these guys are found out as nothing m...

Don't see the problem; airlines doing their job based on the entry criteria for the country they are flying to. Just recently flew to Philippines, they wanted to see evidence of onward ticket. Check in staff were just doing their job based on criteria for entry into Philippines. Even if the immigrat...
