^^ Actually sugar isn't necessary as the required sugars for fermentation can be got from malted barley. But using sugar produces lighter flavoured beers, I think.

I think I have previously seen Hua Hin - Ubol Rachatani buses leaving from the soi 96/1 bus station. Last year though. It may be worth going to the bus station to see what routes are available.

^^ Thailand would need to form a police force. Or maybe just a traffic police force would suffice.

Other countries have continuous road traffic education using advertising slots on TV. Why couldn't DLT do the same during the nightly lakorns when the audiences are at peak?
