The Pedigree wet canned I've seen here has "produced in Australia" labels on it. There are plenty of targets driving around without helmets, licences and current tax so no need to look for more. Or maybe look for the more dangerous drivers on the wrong side of the road, going the wrong way around roundabouts, driving the wrong way up one-way streets etc. But for that you'd need...

By knowing more laws would they make any more money? There are plenty of targets driving around without helmets, licences and current tax so no need to look for more.

60, 50, 30. A bit of a joke really. Especially as the 30 limits are nowhere near schools. But then the whole road marking system is crazy, e.g. solid lines between lanes.

Not on the current red notice list. Perhaps it's not been updated yet. Interpol red list Thais. And why would he be on the list anyway? The earlier reports were that the Thai "police" had requested only a blue notice and Interpol wouldn't issue a red notice unless requested.
