I bought my recliner from JAS furniture which is on the top floor of bluport, across from where they sell all the electrical items, i found them less expensive than lazy boy, as they are manufactured in bangkok and not imported

I noticed a sign at gourmet market bluport today.
It states monday wednesday and fridays are green day, if you bring your own shopping bags and not use the plastic bags they will put points on your M card store card...at least it is a start

If you want to buy or rent a house ,today is the day to inspect it, i fear a lot of low lying areas and new projects at the bases of mountains or next to creeks are going to be under water, a house full of mud is not a nice thing

It's straightforward. If he didn't buy but spent 25,000 Baht per month renting after 5 years he has spent 1,500,000 on rent. Great time to inspect houses and house areas with all this rain, some very newly built projects are flooded out.
On another note, if i buy a house for 4million bht and live in it for 5 years, i have saved 1 500 000bht in rent, so could discount that off my sale price if i needed to sell quick

I flew out in april and last month in october, both times stopped, children 6yo.
Trying to stop parents absconding with child without mums knowledge i would think, my friend from holland stopped both times too.

And if you travel alone with child make sure you get the mother of child get a letter from amphur giving permission for child to leave country. Lucky i had the letter and copy of birth certificate as i was pulled aside at thai immigration for 30 minutes while they checked documentation. We have both...

I did say in my post that i had to show proof of having fathered children, but they never asked me how old they were, although my oldest is 5 nearly 6

Anyone homeschooling in hua hin?
We have a 3 and a 6yo who will be homeschooled after xmas.
We are using an australian curriculum, which provides all lesson themes and subjects.
We are also mixing in some montessori activites as well.

I am chasing a smaller version around 2.5m x 2.5m for a garden shed, where are these sold?
I would imagine it would be flat packed and you put it together
